Our Changing the Game for Women Business Owners Initiative aims to create lasting change by providing education, training, and a network of support through a 9-month curriculum. Starting in September 2025, we’ll host events, workshops, and summits focused on:
- Technology: Making it accessible, fun, and user-friendly.
- Finance: Building financial literacy for sustained growth.
- Mindset:
Shifting beliefs that hold women back from embracing success.
The curriculum will culminate in a VIP Appreciation Summit and Celebration of Progress, recognizing top performers and community leaders who’ve made this initiative a success.

The Power of Education and Networking
This movement was started by Kay Bogolin, President of Financial Legacy Builders LLC. She brings years of experience in banking, technology, and consulting.
She understands the struggles women face when they lack the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Kay’s background equips her with the insights to craft experiences that are both educational and fun—making sure women not only learn but take action.
Our journey began March 2023, with the gathering of 8 seasoned professionals, 5 women and 3 men in diverse industries. The team included members of the Ocala
CEP, other local business owners, and community leaders. The Changing the Game for Women Business Owners Mastermind members established the goal to create the architecture required to feed and execute the curriculum, a platform that can automate the process, and funding vehicles to establish and maintain the Ocala curriculum. I am grateful for their support and look forward to introducing them when you are ready to get started.
